4. AI-Assisted Processing
StageLab may use automated systems and third-party AI service providers to process check-ins, photos, progress trends, prep information, and related inputs in order to generate visual comparisons, summaries, estimates, forecasts, or recommendations. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, are informational rather than medical advice, and do not guarantee stage readiness, competition placement, body-fat accuracy, or health outcomes.
Information sent for AI-assisted processing may be processed by the applicable service provider to support the relevant product feature and is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
5. Legal Bases (if applicable)
Where required (e.g., certain jurisdictions), we rely on:
- Contract performance
- Legitimate interests (service improvement, safety)
- Consent (e.g., location, marketing)
- Legal compliance
6. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Supabase for marketplace authentication, database, storage, and related backend functions; Google Analytics for website analytics; Resend for waitlist and email delivery; and other providers supporting hosting, diagnostics, support, or product operations
- Payment and Distribution Providers: Apple, Google, and payment processors such as Stripe where app-store, subscription, or payment features are available
- AI Service Providers: information needed to provide an AI-assisted StageLab or related product feature
- Verification Providers and Authorities: information reasonably necessary to review identity, credentials, licensing, fraud, safety, or legal compliance
- Other Users and the Public: information you designate for a public professional profile; consultation requests and messages are shared with the independent Professional you choose to contact; limited booking or communication information may be shared as needed to enable services
- Legal/Regulatory: when required by law or to protect rights/safety
- Business Transfers: in connection with mergers, financing, or sale
We do not sell personal data.
Supporting credential documents, private identity information, internal review notes, and report details are not included in public marketplace profiles. Public profiles may display public-safe credential details and an explicit credential review status without displaying the underlying review material.
7. Data Retention
We retain data as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, fraud prevention, credential and marketplace-integrity review, safety investigations, and dispute resolution. We may retain records of profile approvals, rejections, suspensions, reports, transactions, or complaints after account closure where reasonably necessary for these purposes. Retention periods may vary by data type.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system, transmission method, or storage environment is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing.

10. International Transfers
Elevare is based in the United States. Data may be processed in the United States and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Contact us if you have a question about how your information is processed.
11. Children
The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Third-Party Services and Independent Professionals
Professionals are independent businesses and may maintain their own records or privacy practices. Elevare does not control how a Professional handles information you provide directly outside the Services. Review the Professional's privacy practices before sharing sensitive health or personal information. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
13. Analytics and Communication Choices
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure website usage only after you choose to accept analytics through the website's Privacy choices. You may decline analytics or change that choice later without disabling essential session, security, or account storage. Waitlist messages include an unsubscribe option, and a waitlist signup is used for the Elevare updates described at the point of collection rather than silently enrolling you in unrelated lists.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the revised Policy with an updated date and provide additional notice or request consent where appropriate or required.
